We have set up an innovation team that can tap into the expertise and resources of experts from Finland, Singapore and the United States, in our preparation to launch an efficient, innovative, and premium innovation and incubation center, which will be capable of providing a full suit of support and service, which include financing, technical support, marketing consulting, and fund raising.

Create Cooperation, Innoboost
The aim of the RDI Center is to create cooperation between Finnish and Chinese universities and companies. It supports the innovation journey from the initial idea to the commercialization phase through various service solutions. Its service can help in all phases of the commercialization process.

Transformation of technological innovation, Application of the project
Provide international incubator services (project introduction, services, consulting, technical support, marketing, finance). We will work with our investors and partners to set up RMB 50 million, Artificial Intelligence Big Data Health care Industry Fund. NHC Capital (Shanghai) Co. Ltd will help raise the funds and will be the joint GP of the industry.
Training center
Education and training, Innovation entrepreneurship training
We use Finnish, the US and Singaporean education resources and innovation advantage to provide the science and technology, the frontier education and training in elderly care and hospital management, EDP in Service Excellence and EMBA in Technological Innovation. In addition, we intend to run a foundation program with Haaga-Helia.
Founder Profile
Edwin Ngoi is a serial entrepreneur with rich experience in the fields of healthcare, sports and education. He is Founder and CEO of NHC Health International Innovation Center (Suzhou) Co.Ltd. and heads also NHC Capital (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. and Venture E (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. He is a member of the Shanghai Singapore Business Association in Shanghai and also a member of the International Education Expert Council of Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in Finland. He enjoys working in philantrophy projects and is a member of the rotary club.
Prior to this, he held senior management positions at multinational companies such as Teradyne Singapore, BHP Lysaght Taiwan and China (Carrier, Whirlpool, Sara Lee and Lion Nathan China) and Singapore Tee Yih Jia (Baoding) Dairy Food.
He holds an EMBA from the University of San Francisco, an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a BBA in MIS from Idano State University.
NHC Health
NHC Health International Innovation Center (Suzhou) Co. Ltd is located in Wujiang District, Suzhou Taihu New Town, Jiangsu Province. It comprises of an incubation center and an academy, which provides training and carries out non-governmental organization (NGO) projects, some of which tackle some chronic diseases such as cancer, while others organize free diagnosis and treatment in impoverished rural areas in inland areas.
The incubation center, which takes up an area of some 500 sq. m, will play host to start-ups from both China and overseas in the pharmaceutical, health care and elderly care industries. It will have open floors with cubicles, separate offices and communal conference facilities.
NHC Health will source mentors both internally and externally from our partners and reputable institutions and provide mentoring and guidance to the start-ups, It will also connect them with prospective investors, clients and partners, drawing upon our social network.
NHC Space - Incubator and accelerator
NHC Space is an international health care incubator and accelerator network focusing primarily on health care, AI, big data and blockchain. We aim to bring in some Singaporean, Finnish and US technology start-ups to work in our incubator/accelerator through Innoboost. We intend to work with our Finnish Haaga-Helia to organize “Innoboost Camp” at least twice a year in China.
NHC Space will work with our various international partners to organize an annual international co-creation conference, a two-day event for our international and Chinese partners, starting from 2019. The objective of the two-day international conference is to expand the network of the start-ups and technology companies so that they are able to collaborate on any specific projects or common areas of interest in China. We will offer our Innoboost partner with free space, along with other routine support such as fund raising and mentoring.
NHC Health Nordic Elderly Care Ecosystem
NHC Health focuses on building the Nordic elderly care ecosystem working with community hospitals in China.
It is our intention to use Nordic Elderly Care ecosystem in China including tele-medicine and AR system to monitor the Chinese patients at home.
We will work with Shanghai community hospitals through home care services and nursing care services as these are the two key services that are taken care by the community hospital in the China.
NHC Med – International Medical Center
NHC International Medical Center (Suzhou) will provide medical services in general and specialist clinics, cancer center, rehabilitation center and anti-aging center with the primary focus on the cancer treatment.
NHC Cancer Center focuses on working with US or Finnish top cancer center partner to invest or to manage the Cancer Center within a big Chinese hospital in China. We will apply the most advanced cancer treatment technology in our center and intend to transfer the cancer treatment technology to our Chinese partners in China.
It is our intention to use AI technology to detect early signs of cancer in collaboration with our US medical school partner and our Chinese hospital partners. This ground-breaking technology will pave the way for the discovery of the eventual cure and prevention of the cancer at the early stage.
